A question about a pick, a grade that looks wrong, a billing problem, or something broken on the site. It reaches a person, and we reply to the address you give us, usually within a day.
Before you write
A grade looks wrong. Tell us which match and what you think the result was. Every pick is frozen at publication and graded against the official result, and if we got one wrong we want to fix it and say so on the track record.
Billing, or cancelling. You can cancel in one click from your account page, with no retention flow and no phone call. Refund terms are in the terms, and if something went wrong with a charge, write in and we will sort it.
How the numbers are made. That is answered at length on the methodology page and in about.
One thing we cannot do: tell you what to bet. Maiden publishes probabilities and grades them in public, and nothing here is betting advice.
