Privacy

What we collect

Reading Maiden requires no account and no personal information. If you choose to sign up (for the daily picks email or an account), we collect your email address and your email preference — that's the whole signup form. We never see or store passwords; sign-in works by one-time email link.

With your consent (see Cookies below), we use Google Analytics to understand traffic — page views, general device and browser type, approximate location (city/country level, from IP, never exact), and how you found the site. If you decline, Analytics never loads.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving counter: it sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifiers, and never tracks you across sites — it tells us aggregate page views and whether the signup form gets used, nothing about you individually.

Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers: we never see or store a card number. Stripe tells us only what we need to run your subscription, which is whether it is active and when it renews, and we store that against your account. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, under its privacy policy rather than this one.

Where it's stored

Account emails and preferences are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Sign-in link emails are delivered by our email provider. Subscription and payment records are held by Stripe, which stores your card details; we keep only your subscription's status and renewal date. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't run ads or cross-site tracking.

Cookies

Two kinds, and only two: strictly-necessary session cookies that keep you signed in after you use a sign-in link (set only if you sign in), and Google Analytics cookies — which are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Decline and the only cookies are the sign-in ones, and only if you have an account. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the daily email anytime from your account page (or the link in any email we send). To delete your account and its data entirely, email hi@moretime.ai from the address you signed up with — we'll confirm and remove it. The same address answers any privacy question, including access or export requests.

What we don't do

We don't sell data. We don't run ad networks or share your email with anyone. We don't track you across other sites. This page always reflects current practice and is updated before any of the above changes.
